Your Best Holiday Season Ever!

November 14, 2014 by Dave Fresilli

Fotolia_58242432_Subscription_Monthly_MIt’s here! I’m so excited!

The holiday season is finally here. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year’s, and all of the holidays that herald a transformation into the more wintery months, have arrived. They mark a time that encourages us to enjoy precious moments with family, and to express gratitude for all the blessings that enhance our lives.

Unfortunately, it is also the season when the average American will gain ten to fifteen pounds of extra body fat! Hey, it’s a season of joy, but sometimes it can also usher in a season of over-indulgence.

Not to worry. We have a strategy to combat those extra pounds.

Let us first ask ourselves, why do these extra pounds seem to creep up on us during a time that is supposed to usher in feelings of joy and celebration? Perhaps it is because we use the holiday season as an excuse to eat recklessly, drink with abandon, and procrastinate in our exercise because we want to engage in other holiday activities.

Hey, Christmas tree shopping should be considered an exercise…right? Well, maybe so, but not if it’s followed up with too much egg nog and sweet treats. Have you ever envisioned a romp through the woods, looking for that perfect tree, and ending your adventure with a feast of fresh veggies and organic turkey followed by a warm cup of herbal tea? It’s all about healthy alternatives folks. And those alternatives can be tasty and fun!

What really happens for most of us during the holiday season is that we give up on the goal of creating a fit and strong body, and allow ourselves to fall back into our old ways of self-sabotage.

May I offer you a happy compromise that allows you to embrace the holiday season, without suffering from the backlash of over-indulgence?

Why not make this holiday season a breakthrough event that lets you achieve your health and fitness goals? Fill yourself with the confidence and excitement that allows you to maintain your best body and health throughout the winter months!

How do you do this? You must, must, must, decide right now that you will do whatever it takes to create optimum health, because it is that important to you and only you. Make it your personal mission!

I am sure there have been at least a few times in your life when you have said, “I don’t care about the naysayers. I am going to do something for myself that will make me look healthy and feel happy!”

I want you to build that desire deep within you and let it become your center, your compass, and your direction toward health and fitness.

This desire that burns within will steer you away from the temptation to skip your workouts, or partake in treats and to over indulge.

When the New Year arrives, and everyone else is complaining about the weight they put on, or how out of shape they are, you will be joyfully filled with pride in yourself for becoming so much more than you ever imagined!

Your friends and family might ask you how you managed to become such a healthy person during the holidays. They will ask how you were able to resist all the temptations of excessive food and treats. You will recognize their questions as what you asked yourself last year, when you dared to explore how you may achieve your dream body and ultimate health.

This holiday season is your time to break free and to create a new self-image of someone who goes after their dreams and doesn’t look back.

Be bold. Be brave. Become the amazing person you are meant to be.

I would love to help you on this journey. If you want help, you only need to ask.

I am here, and ready to be your coach, and to give you all that you need to obtain the body and life you so deserve.

Here is a link offering a complimentary webinar that offers just a sample of what you can look forward to with me in your corner.

Let’s spend the holidays together.

I wish for all of you, Vibrant Health!

It All Starts With You

May 23, 2014 by Dave Fresilli

Fotolia_43823620_Subscription_Monthly_MMake the committed decision to embrace your full potential and change your karma. Those are three big steps that support each other so you can become the person you have always dreamed of.

All this time you have had the power to create the health and fitness you have always desired. Yet this power has been misdirected because you were not aware of your potential and how to use it.

Making a committed decision is the first place to start in any journey. It is the committed decision to create health and fitness in your life even when times get challenging. A committed decision holds you firm and gives you strength and persistence. There can be no more excuses once a committed decision has been made.

Once you have made the committed decision to create health and fitness in you life it is time that you wake up and embrace your full potential to be amazing.

Most of us never even scratch the surface of what we are capable of. We all have an incredible depth of potential just waiting to be discovered.

The most certain way of discovering your potential is putting yourself in a position where you have to succeed. That is where your committed decision comes in to play.

Once you have made a committed decision there is no turning back, and so your mind will begin to access the depths of your higher-self to discover what has been latent till now.

Your potential is always there waiting to be called upon. The point is very seldom do we ever put ourselves in a position in which it needs to be called upon.

Living at your full potential means growth under demanding circumstances. It is only during times of demanding circumstances that we learn to access a deeper level of creativity.

To get there you must be willing to make the committed decision and see it through. Which means you have to stop believing you can’t and start believing you can, no matter how demanding the circumstances. You must dig deep, let go of fear, and live big. No one else can do it for you.

Once you begin to do this you will begin to change your karma.

Karma isn’t something set that can’t be changed. Karma is cause and effect.

If you have been living a life you don’t like, it is because subconsciously it is who you believe yourself to be. You can change your karma by changing who you believe yourself to be.

Make the committed decision to embrace your full potential and decide who it is you want to be, and then begin to believe yourself to be just that.

If you have been dealing with health issues, or wanting to lose weight, or get stronger, then you must begin to see yourself as healthy, lean, stronger person.

Let go of the past, and start creating your future. Do more to be more as they say.

Most importantly take responsibility for your health and fitness, and make the committed decision to create the life you desire.

I would love to help you on your journey of health and wellness.

I wish for all of you Vibrant Health!

Living A Life Of Health & Wellness

February 28, 2014 by Dave Fresilli

95096361-2What does it mean to live a life of health and wellness? To live each and everyday making the best choices you can?

Health and wellness is a lifestyle. It’s how you feel about yourself. It’s about who you know yourself to be. It is loving yourself enough to take care of yourself spiritually, mentally, and physically.

Most of the time we just move through our days without much intention of taking care of ourselves. It is as if we were taught there is no need to pay attention to our bodies, no need to concern ourselves with our thoughts, no need to develop a deep relationship with our higher self.

Yet this is exactly what we should be taught. We are born with an innate knowing of the grandeur of life. The possibilities before us are endless when we are young. We believe we can be, do, and have anything we desire in life. This is what many have let go of due to a lack of faith in themselves.

I want you to rekindle this faith in yourself. I want you to remember how amazing you are.

I want you to treat yourself as you would your own child. You would protect and watch out for your child. You would shield your child from negative situations and thoughts that would diminish their self-belief. You would feed your child nourishing food. You would encourage your child to be brave even in moments of fear and sadness. You would encourage your child to reach beyond what they feel is possible.

You would do this because you see in your child the potential that lies within, even though they do not. You see how amazing and special they are. You know that if they just apply themselves to creating what they desire the will succeed. You see this all laid out before them as if it were already complete.

Now I want you to see this in yourself, because it is true. You must look upon yourself as this amazing being who if only applies themself to creating what they desire with bravery even in the moments of fear, will manifest their desires. Your path of happiness, health and wellness is already laid out before you. All that is required is the bravery, and boldness to know you will create it.

You are meant to be full of life, full of happiness, full of health and full of wellness. It is our birthright.

So as we progress through this and every year ahead, let us remember this birthright, and begin to bring health and wellness back into our lives.

It is my pleasure to share with you all that is needed to create health, happiness and wellness on a day-to-day basis.

I will give you clear understandable and simple steps that you can apply in your life, and in doing so you will begin to change your life for the better.

I wish for all of you Vibrant Health!
