It Takes Action To Create Your Health & Dream Body

August 22, 2014 by Dave Fresilli

Fotolia_55286906_Subscription_XXLAction will certainly be required to achieve any goal you have created for yourself in your health and fitness.

Taking action is something we want to get excited about. It is through taking action that we can achieve the health and dream body we have always desired.

Taking action is something many people get stuck on. They can dream big and get excited about creating their dream, but they fall short when it comes to taking the actions that are needed to create the big dream.

Action is the physical expression of creating your big dream. However you have to be inspired to take the actions that are coming to you.

Your big dream once planted in your subconscious may intuitively telling you to make a phone call, research something on the internet, or make an appointment with someone who can help you achieve your big dream.

What is important to understand is that your big dream is giving you the inspiration, motivation, and ideas you should be taking in the form of actions.

In the beginning consistently taking action may seem challenging.

Even though you may feel uncomfortable following these inspired thoughts and ideas actions ares needed for you to achieve your health and dream body.

Your new health and dream body are going to ask you to get up and do your exercises, eat better, and don’t skip meal. In fact it will remind you to bring your healthy food with you to work. Your dream will hint to you to get out and walk during lunch, take the stairs, and hit the gym after work. Your dream body and health will encourage you to make a health dinner and get to bed earlier so your body can sleep for eight hours and heal itself.

Your dream body and health will trigger you to join a gym or get a trainer, maybe start running or join a team sport.

These and countless more actions will come into your mind each and every moment of everyday when you focus on living and feeling your dream. This is supposed to happen. It is the way we are designed to create.

The more consistently you take action the more habitual it will become. This is a fantastic habit to create.

People who take effective actions each day are highly productive in creating their health and fitness dreams.

You are meant to be healthy and fit. You are meant to dream of what you want in life and then take action to create it.

Taking action is part of the lifestyle you will create along with your big dream of health and fitness.

Your positive actions toward creating your health and fitness dream comes after getting emotionally involved in visualizing and feeling your dream as already real.

How exciting will it be to live a life where you know that all you have to do is create the big dream, get emotionally involved in feeling it, and then take the consistent actions to make it happen.

Action carries with it power. You have within you unlimited access to the power to create. The more consistently you take action toward your dream the more power you will access.

I would love to help you on your journey of health and wellness.

I wish for all of you Vibrant Health!

You Have To Do The Basics

August 8, 2014 by Dave Fresilli

fotolia_293572_Subscription_LAre you still trying to figure out why you are not getting the results you want in your health and fitness? You probably feel like you’ve tried every program out there. You’ve  restricted calories, taken every boot camp available, tried running yourself to death, drank shakes till they are coming out your ears, and still you’ve had no lasting results.

Oh, sure you took some of the weight off, and got a little stronger, maybe even had some relief from the chronic pain you deal with. But, you still haven’t been able to achieve the body and health you are so hoping to have.

What else is there to try? How about that new kind of exercise program that’s on T.V., or a new class they are promoting. Even better, I hear there is a new diet that you only drink the juice from a tree found in the Amazon.

Can I say something here? Please don’t.

I know the way you feel. It’s so frustrating setting a goal of losing weight and increasing your fitness but not knowing where to turn. The motivation hits you and you want to run with it. What should you do though? You don’t want to do the same things you’ve done in the past like starve yourself and workout till you can’t move.

I dealt with this quite a bit when I was first starting off. I just tried to do what everyone else was doing. I would get hurt or not get results. I tried everything I heard would work. I would lift heavy. Then I tried lifting light. I tried eating mass quantities of food, then low fat, high carbs. After that I tried high protein, low carbs. Then I fell victim to taking this supplement and that supplement.

It got to the point that I didn’t feel I knew what I was doing. In reality I didn’t. I hadn’t learned about the basics of health yet.

Trying to figure out how to create real health and fitness in my life seemed too big of a challenge. There was too much to know. I would need a team of health practitioners to take care of me. Just like a professional athlete who has several team practitioners there to design every part of a workout and eating and lifestyle. No wonder so many of us give up before we even start.

I’m here to tell you it doesn’t need to be confusing or hard. All that we have to do is get back to the basics.

Believe it or not, as complex as we are, health, fitness, and wellness are not at all hard to create for yourself. You don’t need fancy gym equipment, or special supplements, or a team of practitioners. All you need are the six components to health and wellness.

These six components will give your spirit, mind, and body all that is needed to heal and create health, fitness, and wellness.

You are already doing them every day. The only challenge is that you have never learned how to do them correctly to bring about health and wellness. Without knowing it you have been sabotaging your health and fitness by not taking full advantage of these components.

Did you think I was going to reveal some hidden secret for health and wellness or the newest way to get your body in shape?

Well in a sense I am. I am telling you that health, fitness, and wellness require basic inputs in the right amount and in the right way. Those last two are the secret. In the right amount and in the right way.

You have these three amazing instruments but you have been using them ineffectively. Those instruments are your spirit, mind, and body. Each one comes with a simple yet very effective set of directions for optimum results in health, fitness, and well-being, along with love, happiness, and wealth.

As my high school algebra teacher Mr. Landers would say “ It so simple it’s slippery”.

Creating health, fitness, and well-being in your life is simple. All that is required is the deep desire and the will to implement these six simple components.

Any of you who have been following my articles, blogs, podcasts, and videos are well aware of these six components. They are your thoughts (self Image), breathing, hydration, nutrition, exercise, and sleep.

Within these six components lie the keys to the kingdom of health, fitness, and wellness.

It’s time to get back to the basics!

Are you ready to jump into integrating these components and start feeling the results?

Let’s do this together. You can go to here and watch a complimentary webcast I made for you all on the six components.

I am here to support you on your journey.

I wish for all of you Vibrant Health!

You Must Practice Before It Will Integrate

July 25, 2014 by Dave Fresilli

Just last night I was sitting at my desk finishing up a podcast, and I was speaking about how “you must practice before it will integrate.” I was trying to help clients understand that lasting results only come with dedicated practice. With dedicated practice, the mind and body will integrate any actions or thoughts into a set of patterns that eventually become second nature. The mind and body will integrate thoughts and/or actions into its normal way of thinking and moving.

Fotolia_105312_Subscription_LTake the example of playing the piano. One must consistently practice in order to develop into a highly skilled piano player. You need to practice your scales first, and then move up to playing a complete set of music. All along the way your mind and body become more and more familiar as to what fingers to use, where to place them, and in what combination and sequence.

This can, at first, be quite challenging. Every time you sit at the piano the mind and body have to be reminded about proper finger placement, rhythm and so on. Thankfully, as time progresses the mind and body learn what is expected. The placement of your hands and fingers become so natural, you can actually feel the music as it moves from your body to express itself in the piano. Playing happens almost simultaneously with your thoughts about the notes. You have practiced so much that your mind and body have integrated the process of playing the piano as naturally as breathing.

This concept of “Entrainment” happens with every thought and consequential action you take. Your thoughts, feelings and actions are, in a greater sense, all entrained within your subconscious. As I have mentioned several times, it is your self-image, seated within your subconscious, that determines much of what you think and do.

Before any of this solidified as your self-image, it had to be entrained.

We either consciously or subconsciously accept thoughts and experiences as true. When this is repeated over and over it will become entrained. My focus here is on this repetition of your own thoughts.

When you begin to understand the power of this repetition, you can use it to your advantage. Just like becoming a highly skilled piano player, you can become whatever you desire, through repetition.

I will always direct our conversations toward health, fitness and wellness, but realize this works for anything in your life.

I urge you to practice your new self-image until it integrates into your subconscious in a way that it becomes natural. With practice, you will allow yourself to take on that healthier, happier image you have always desired!

Easy-peasy…right? Well, it can be quite easy once you begin to practice. In a sense, you have to practice the practicing. You have to become accustomed to your new self – image of health, fitness and wellness. This really is no different than learning to play the piano.

This practice is an acquired skill that results from consistent repetition.

If you truly wish to be healthy, you will finally embrace the value of practicing a healthy lifestyle. You will actually practice consistently eating well, exercising, drinking water, getting the proper amount of sleep, conditioning your thoughts, and breathing correctly.

These are the 6 Components to Health and Wellness that we have learned together!

You may now be saying, “why does David keep bringing up these six components?” It is because I care about you. Really, I do! I am conditioning you through repetition, so that these components become engrained into your thought process. This will allow you to more easily integrate these six components into your life.

I am your coach and your confidant. I know it can be a bit daunting to venture down the path of health, fitness and overall well being. Through years of studying what it takes to truly be completely well I also know that, with practice, anyone can obtain optimum health and wellness.

With consistent repetition you will naturally become that healthy, fit and sound individual. You will become a person who actually enjoys eating well, exercising, and obtaining enough water and sleep. You will greatly benefit from conditioning your thoughts through proper breathing and mediation techniques.

This new and improved self- image will be entrained into your subconscious. You will actually live like this without thought or effort, just like you are living right now as the person you are. At the moment, you don’t consciously consider what type of person you are…do you? Of course not! This is because, over the years, the current image you have of yourself has become entrained into your subconscious.

Would you like to recreate your image, and forge this incredible path taking you to health, fitness, and complete wellness?

Would you like to be filled with vibrant energy and vitality?

Take the first step, and reach out to me. I would love to help.

I wish for all of you Vibrant Health!

Who Is It You Desire To Become?

July 11, 2014 by Cheryl Maloney

Fotolia_4656516_Subscription_LMost of us have little problem answering the question “what do you want in life”?

Some will say wealth, and some will say true love. Others will say health, a beautiful home, a nice car, or a successful career, or a family.

All are perfectly good answers and there is no reason why they cannot be achieved.

When I ask clients “Who Is It You Desire To Become” most have to take time to process the question. After a few moments, many say they are fine with whom they are, they just want a better life. They will then proceed to describe many of the above conditions, which they feel will produce this better life.

It usually starts with “ Well if I only …(fill in the blank) then I would be happy”. Then the description of the conditions would follow.

What is not being understood and accepted here is that conditions must follow conditioning. In other words, for you to acquire something in your life you must set the conditions within yourself first. It is only then that you will have the ability to create what you desire to become.

Possibly you have heard the example about attracting love. It is said, “ You must become the person you want to attract.” If I desire to attract a loving, affectionate, beautiful, funny, … (I have a long list) woman as my soul mate, then I must become this within myself. You will attract that which you believe yourself to be.

The same goes for all your desires in life. If you desire wealth, happiness, and health, then you must know yourself as such. By becoming what you desire you become a magnet.

I ask you now. Who Is It You Desire To Become? If you cannot give a description in perfect detail along with the feeling of already having it, then you are just treading water.

This is the first place I start when working with a new client. I don’t go much further until the client knows what he or she desires in their health, fitness, and wellness.

This statement is a declaration of what we together are going to achieve. From this statement we can then create a plan to move forward.

People are afraid to really let go and admit to what they desire, because they realize there will be some work to do on their part to achieve it. They are right of course, but what is so off-putting to some work if it will create the life you have always desired?

You are not meant to dream and sit on your hands all day in hope that it will just happen. That’s not how it’s done, not if you want to experience it in the physical world.

Interestingly, so many of us go to work for someone else and work our tails off, while thinking “I should be doing this for myself”. In this case you are working for someone else’s dream are you not?

We need to create the motivation within ourselves to become who we desire to be. Taking this action is going to be a bit uncomfortable for many, but so worth it.

I encourage you to take the time to find a quite space away from all distractions, and begin to express who you desire to become. Not what you want, those are just things. I want you to step out and ask yourself “Who do I really want to become? What would it feel like to be this person? What would my life be like?”

Write it all down in as much detail as possible. Describe the feelings that go along with this new you. Then I want you to refine the statement into a paragraph. Make it in the present tense as if you are living it right now.

When you’re done with this I want you to email me your “Statement of Gratitude” for your new life. In the subject line of the email write “Who I Desire To Become”.

I will choose the 5 best statements, and email you back with tips and directions for the next step.

Here’s a clue. Part of who you desire to be should include your health, fitness, or wellness.

I can’t wait to read your “Who I Desire To Become”.

I wish for you Vibrant Health.
