4 Simple Steps To Balance Your Chi Energy

December 29, 2014 by Stacey Maxwell-Krockenberger

Fotolia_63103632_Subscription_Monthly_MEach one of us is an extension of the universal mastermind I AM, only varying by one degree, and therefore we each possess the energy and power to experience miracles, if we are willing to apply our mind, heart and energy, with intention and purpose, toward the desired outcome.

We are powerful beyond measure, and with a little bit of knowledge, we can create miracles in our cherished lives. Here are a few simple steps to promote optimal healing within by immediately balancing your chi energy and enabling you to become a brand new you!

Connect with your chi energy: Rub your palms together very quickly for a few seconds to increase the energetic flow into your hands.  You will feel the increased heat of energy there.  Now, separate your hands slightly while in a prayer position and hold them there for a count of 3; gently pull them apart 2-3 inches and then immediately back together while leaving a space between to your palms.  As you repeat this exercise you will feel the energy build between your palms.  Begin to widen the distance between your palms while continually moving them back and forth several times.

With practice you will begin to strengthen your energy and promote healing as you place your hands on any area of your body.  This is what a Reiki practitioner does when doing energy work.

Increase your chi energy flow:   On both the front and the back of your wrists there are many meridians, also known as acupuncture points, where you can see the skin lines.  Place your wrists in a crisscross position with both anterior (front) wrists facing each other about one inch apart and hold that position for several seconds.  Then do the same with both posterior (back) wrists facing each other about one inch apart in a crisscross position or several seconds.  With practice, you will begin to feel your energy. Practice doing this several times a day.

This exercise connects the full circuit of your chi energy and clears away blockage along the main meridians throughout your body. It also increases the chi flow by balancing the yin and yang energy within.

To complete your energetic circuit, place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth in the dip behind the center of your teeth.  Hold it there for several seconds – minutes if possible – as this fully completes the chi energy circuit flow from your brain to your toes and everything else in-between throughout your body.

Deep diaphragmatic breathing: Most people breathe backwards by breathing in through the nose while pulling in the stomach, and exhaling through the mouth while extending the belly.  This is backwards!  To correctly breathe, take a deep breath in through your nose while simultaneously extending or pushing out your abdomen.  This enables the diaphragm to drop down and expand the lower lobes of your lungs which will clear, cleanse and circulate any stagnate energy there.  You then want to exhale by pulling in your tummy which will raise the diaphragm up by compressing on the lower lungs to move the stale stagnate energy up and out of your mouth.

Deep diaphragmatic breathing is essential in maintaining your life force energy at an optimal level.

Falling Forward In Divine Timing

September 15, 2014 by Stacey Maxwell-Krockenberger

Stacey MK

How many times have you Divinely been given a dream, a desire, or been shown a specific task to accomplish, but you didn’t even know where to begin? Or, you took a step towards a desired goal and achieving your vision and encountered countless obstacles, delays and detours that left you questioning what you were thinking?

As a sixth sensory being, we know that our best experiences and relationships and the road to achieving our dreams can be had by following our intuition and the promptings of our heart, regardless of whether we completely agree with it or are even consciously aware of where we are headed at that moment.

We have faith in our Higher Self, our Guides and our Angels who are guiding us along and illuminating our path on our journey. We trust in the Divine timing for the highest good of all involved, and we genuinely believe that no matter what, the Universe has our back.

It may not be until that one moment when the initial inspiration or task at hand has actually morphed into several major projects – whether it’s been several days, weeks, months or years – and you are taking those necessary steps that you realize you have completed an important portion of your ultimate vision. Divine inspiration is not always a step-by-step method to get you through a specific project but rather the complete unfolding process to achieving your grandest vision and dream.

Sometimes when we take a few simplistic steps to complete a singular project, and it becomes total frustration and fragments into many other segments over an extended period of time, that’s when you can see why the obstacles and the additional projects were necessary to encounter in order to complete the whole of the vision and to fulfill your purpose within its design.

Many times people think when something is Divinely inspired there will be no obstacles or delays, when in fact the opposite can be true. It’s called Falling Forward in Divine Timing. There are times during the process when you need to learn and grow or the other people you are meant to connect and collaborate with need to learn and grow and ultimately be ready and in position for the undertaking of their part in the vision as a whole.

When you feel the burning desire and passion in your heart to move forward regardless of what you are seeing around you, keep falling forward because the inspired idea is most likely a grand vision and one you’ll feel so blessed and honored to be a part of with Divine timing.

Enjoying Life by Living In The Moment

June 16, 2014 by Stacey Maxwell-Krockenberger

SMK1Often, when it comes to personal development, we become so focused on watching our thoughts and our words and implementing Divine techniques on what we would like to change in our lives or actively co-create to experience in our future that we forget the most important part of our journey is to enjoy life by being present and live in the moment of NOW!

We spend so much of our conscious time either clearing away and healing the past or creating our magnificent future that we forget to take the time to connect with this beautiful moment of right here, right now. Take a few minutes, preferably in one of your favorite spaces, and take in a deep diaphragmatic breath. Pause and take in another one. Do this a couple more times. Ahhhh!

Notice:

  • How do you feel: emotionally, mentally, and physically?
  • How is your breathing? Is it relaxed or labored?
  • What do you see around you? Colors? Shapes?
  • What textures are in this space?
  • What sounds do you hear within, nearby, and afar?
  • What aromas are in the air?
  • What elements of Nature are you surrounding yourself with?
  • Who are you sharing your cherished life with?

This moment that you are experiencing right now … is a priceless gift! This is you being consciously present and living in the moment of NOW! This is where you experience your core-essence of Being that is innately who you are.

The path to enjoying a fulfilled life, which is your Divine birthright, is to celebrate this beautiful moment by offering gratitude and appreciation for who you are, what you have, where you are, and with those you are so blessed to share your journey with in this moment of time. Hence, the proverbs “stop and smell the roses”and “count your blessings.”It’s experiencing the beauty of your journey along the way versus achieving the goal or reaching the final destination of desire.

Being conscious of your blessings in this moment is the greatest honor you can offer your Creator and all the trail blazers who came before you. This is also the most auspicious time to connect within to your Higher-Self, Guides, and Angels to receive Divine guidance and inspiration, for the Universe loves and blesses a thankful heart.

The next time you enjoy one of your domestic amenities: an indoor warm shower or hot bath, the dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, your vacuum cleaner, washer and dryer, a long drive in your vehicle, clean running water, electricity or your cell phone, telephone, or computer to connect with your loved ones or business …remember, it wasn’t long ago that these everyday simplicities were only the burning desires of our pasts dreamers, inventors, and explorers wanting to bring forth luxury as a basic essential for the highest-good of all, including you and future generations.

You are immensely blessed in this very moment. Delight in the energetic flow that you are safe, powerful, perfect, balanced, and complete. Trust in the knowing that you are meant to live a life fulfilled with health, love, prosperity, beauty, laughter, joy, creativity, and right-relationships with everyone you encounter.

Your power to dance in life’s abundance is by being fully present and living in this moment right here, right now. Enjoy!

Shifting Your Energy by Releasing the Old so the New Can Come In!

March 10, 2014 by Stacey Maxwell-Krockenberger

Fotolia_29717546_Subscription_Monthly_MSpring is the most auspicious season to shift your surrounding energy by releasing all that no longer serves you and allowing the new vibrant energy to flow freely within and around your space.  This is most effective when it’s achieved on all energetic levels of Being: emotionally, mentally, physically and environmentally.  It’s the releasing of your past and excess baggage while simultaneously sowing and nurturing your seeds of desire with specific goals and intentions for your present and future experiences.  This is you energetically co-creating your overall desired vision and living the life of your dreams with purpose and passion.

Many of us have a tendency to hold onto EVERYTHING to the point of creating both tangible and intangible forms of energetic blockages.  By doing this, we are vibrationally reflecting out to the Universe a sense of being overwhelmed, feeling stuck, no longer having control or keeping up. You are no longer appreciative of what you have or where you are, you experience feelings of boredom, addiction or depression, and energetically you begin obstructing the vibrational flow of ease for anything new to come in.

Raising your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy can be done by:

  • Taking a swim in the ocean or a salt water bath.  A great recipe to cleanse your aura and detoxify your body of toxins and impurities is by mixing 1 pound of Baking Soda and 1 pound of Epson Salt in equal parts and soaking for 15-20 minutes.  Be sure to drink plenty of water afterwards to rehydrate your body.
  • Walking barefoot in the grass or hugging a tree.  Incorporating plants and fresh-cut flowers throughout your space, especially those from your garden, offer the highest vibrational energy.
  • Juicing, eating fresh fruits and vegetables (whenever possible from your own geographical area) and drinking 6-8 oz glasses of water daily.
  • Meditating, yoga, stretching, exercising, walking, dancing, getting a full body massage and pampering yourself on a regular basis.
  • Implementing your creative expression through writing, singing, playing an instrument, painting, drawing, photography, gardening, sewing or other creative avenues.
  • Speaking only kindness to yourself and others.  Seeing yourself in the highest light.  Believing in yourself.  Offering forgiveness to yourself and others.  Loving yourself and being good to yourself on all levels of Being.
  • Expanding your inner-circle by connecting and collaborating with other like-minded and heart-centered people.

Raising the vibrational energy of your ENVIRONMENT (home, office and vehicles) can simply be achieved by:

  • Removing: If you don’t use it then consider selling it, donating it or giving it away.  Only keep the items you absolutely love.
  • Organizing: Organize each room and create functional spaces starting with your closets, drawers, cabinets and storage areas.
  • Cleansing: Your space from top to bottom.  Steam clean your carpets, drapery and soft furniture.  Put a fresh coat of paint on the walls.
  • Clearing: Your space by belling and smudging.  Incorporate the natural elements of water, fire, plants, fresh flowers and rocks.  Implement fung shui principles.
